Joel Sebag - Physical Therapist & Executive Director, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy in 1993. He has over 10 years of experience in performing treatment as a Physical Therapist. Prior to the funding of Mountaincrest, Mr. Sebag was the director of rehab for a skilled facility in the area. He was also the Rehab Staffing Manager for a traveling company with more than 100 therapists.

Prior to her employment with Mountaincrest, Ms. Tuazon was connected to Boone County Special Service from 1999 up to present, Beverly Healthcare(Harrison, AR), New Jersey VA Healthcare System(New Jersey) from 1996 - 1997, and Sunbelt Physical Therapy Services(Florida) from 1994-1995. Donna Bundy - Wellness Coordinator, graduated in Harrison High School in 1967.  She attended training at Kenneth Cooper workshops in Dallas, TX and was certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America(AFAA) and the Athritis Foundation. She was a recepient to numerous certificates of awards in splash dance, Power Step, and Special Population. She also attended a Billy Blank class

Prior to her employment with Mountaincrest, Ms. Bundy was an aerobics instructor, weight trainer, and personal trainer at Quail Tree Health and Raquet Club in Harrison, AR from 1985 - 2002. She was also the co-manager, fitness councelor, and aerobics instructor at Harrison Fitness Center(Harrison, AR) from 1981 - 1984
